E-marcom has developed a CD-ROM tracking software called DigiTrack. We can track how many CDs have been viewed, when were they viewed, and even individual information such as who viewed them. Activity Tracking Activity Tracking will return high level, generic information such as Number of Total Activations, Unique/Repeat Sessions, Time & Date of Session, etc.

Presentation Tracking Presentation Tracking builds on Activity Tracking and measures information specific to the CD-ROM's content. A viewer's patterns are followed and recorded and provide valuable information about products or services offered by a DigiTrack™ client. Presentation Tracking variables can include which sections were visited in CD-ROM, time spent in each section, the duration of the total session, etc. Among other uses, this data can be used to determine target market preferences for future marketing campaigns.

Viewer Tracking Viewer Tracking is designed to work in conjunction with a client's existing mailing distribution list and provide unprecedented feedback on individual customer behavior and purchasing patterns. Using a proprietary unlocking system, e-marcom can identify who played the CD-ROM as well as all of their activity, resulting in highly targeted, qualified leads
