Problem
The Anaheim Fairfield Inn by Marriott believed they were falling
behind the technological revolution of the marketing world.
They wanted to protect their image in the marketplace but
could not spend unlimited resources in doing so. They were
looking to create a communication tool for their sales people
that could be used internationally, was consistent with their
brand and visually showcased the property and services.
Solution
E-marcom created an interactive website and CD-Card that highlighted
the hotels amenities and services and described the
local attractions. The CD-Card was primarily designed for
travel agents and tour guides that enabled a real look into
the hotel with virtual tours, animations and video scenes.
Result
E-marcoms solution for the Anaheim Fairfield Inn reduced
their marketing costs, increased the branding and positioning
in the marketplace relative to their competition, created
news worthy stories and facilitated the sales process. The
hotel was perceived as a leader in the community as a result
of using the latest technology available. The campaign also
helped in the promotion of the then VP, Marketing to a higher
position in the company.
